Sites within this area include Earlswood Lakes (Terry's Pool, Engine Pool and Windmill Pool), Clowes Wood and New Fallings Coppice SSSI, and Earlswood Moathouse NR. Im not sure if it is linked but 2 little egrets have dissapeared from long lawford, warks (not sure where that is to earlswood), could possibly be same birds, great birds non the less

The thing is the decription I've received doesn't eliminate other egret species, so you never know. Plus Earlswood's records of Purple Heron and White Stork both come from along the canal, which is near to where these birds were seen flying. Any egret would be great...
